This is a fun space for ideas, try not to take it too seriously and we’ll do the same. There are some very serious coffee blogs out there; this is not one of them.

Hello!

Hello, Matt here. I’m what some may claim as the publicly less vocal half of the Forty Weight Coffee Roasters ownership. It is my hope that this space allows me to expound on arbitrary topics that interest me, with coffee being just one of the components. Being a self-proclaimed “music hound” and former podcaster, I hope to share some of my musical insights and discoveries with you all as well. I mean, what goes better than coffee and music?

By design, anything is fair game here – so please feel free to share your comments and questions. However, let’s keep it polite, informed and fun. And if you see Andrew and me disagree on something, please don’t hesitate to weight in and just know that this is working exactly as we had hoped…

Hello.

Cameron Jennings

Hello, my name is Andrew. About four years ago I started this company in a 1970s camper in my backyard. Since then it has grown into something bigger and better than I ever could’ve imagined. I work with amazing people and create a product that I’m obsessed with. All in all, I couldn’t be more proud of what we do.

I’ve been asked to contribute to this blog, and I’m very much looking forward to participating. Speculatively speaking, I’ll use this space for coffee stuff, as well as bunches of random drivel – food, movies, rants, sports, travel, etc. Try not to take what I say too seriously, given that the way I live my life is nonsensical, tongue-in-cheek, and shot from the hip.
